v. 4 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud
v. 5 or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record
of being wronged.
v. 6 It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out.
v. 7 Love never gives up, never loses faith,

I Corinthians 13 : 4 – 7 (NLT)
Before Jesus was crucified, he made the statement: ‘no greater love than this, that a man lay down his life for a friend.’ Jesus said that we are his friends if we do what he commands. As friends of God, we should also lay down our lives for him. How do we do that? The greatest commandment
is to love God with all that we have and second is like it: love our neighbor. In doing these two things, we lay down our lives for him. It becomes a cycle of limitless love.
Limitless means without end, limit, or boundary. God’s love is boundless, unlimited, and illimitable. When we show God’s kind of love, we show God because He is love. When we love, it’s not hard to trust. When we love, we find rest. Love promotes effective ministry. With love, we can let go of things holding us back. Love help us endure. Love gives us hope.
As we approach the coming of our Lord, we see men’s heart grow cold.(Matthew 24 : 12) Violence fills this world. If we’re not careful,
we too will be affected. However, the only thing that keeps us during this time is our love for Christ. If you find that our love is not where it should be, repent, let God refill you. He has not forgotten nor he will never forget you. (Isaiah 49 : 15)
May God strengthen and bless you.
